Originally from Montana, Gillian has over 8 years experience in hospitality and production in New York. Prior to working as a DOC, her experience included back of house and front of house management for a successful multi-national restaurant group. She left to co-found a production company with her partner (now fiancee!), which has gone on to produce award-winning films, branded content, new media and community events. She is grateful to have an intimate relationship with The Housing Works Bookstore in Soho, having worked countless weddings as a captain, venue coordinator and, now, a preferred vendor.
Gillian offers Day of Coordination and Day of Decorating services and approaches each event with a fierce sense of organization, generosity and intuitive insight.

Gillian was an absolutely indispensable part of making all that happen: neither my wife nor I can imagine everything running as smoothly as it was without her. Gillian Todd was the Day of Coordinator for our wedding at Housing Works Bookstore, and we could not have asked for anyone more qualified and personable to support us on our special day.
